Voted BEST New Course in NC for
2001 - PGA Championship winner, Davis Love III, unveiled his
first signature course in North Carolina. Traditional
layout with longleaf pines, natural areas highlighted with
love grass and undulated greens with large roll-off
areas. Anderson Creek is located in Spring Lake, just
north of Fayetteville, about 45 minutes from the Village of
Pinehurst, but worth the drive. Being convenient to
I-95, Anderson Creek is a good choice for golfers on the way

This Willard Byrd design was
sculpted through the rolling hills surrounding Puppy
Creek. Traditional design concept with 18 distinctive
holes, the Bayonet is a course that the golfer will never tire
of playing. 2008 / 2009 Golf Digest 4 1/2 Star
Rating. The Bayonet has been the site of both U.S.
Amateur and U.S. Senior Amateur qualifying. Located
about 30 minutes from the Village of Pinehurst and Southern

Beacon Ridge, designed by
legendary architect Gene Hamm, is nestled within rolling
hills, covered with longleaf pines and is one of the most
beautiful facilities in the Sandhills. The wide range of
elevation makes Beacon Ridge rather unique to this area.

course winds around Lake Trace and several ponds, while the
Creek course is set in more hilly terrain with a stream
winding alongside and through much of it. Carolina Trace
is approximately 5 miles southeast of Sanford, only about 30 -
